Advance Admission Tickets (on sale until 23:00 on Sun. 28th September 2025):

Advance admission tickets provide a discount compared to the prices paid at the door for admission to the festival but are not required. You may pay the daily admission fee at the entrance to the festival: £2 for CAMRA Members, £5 for non-members. Proof of membership required.

Advance Tasting Sessions Tickets:

Tickets are required for the tasting sessions and do not include admission to the festival which must be purchased separately (either in advance or at the door). There are only 12 tickets available for each session so, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

The CAMRA North Bedford Branch's 47th (2025) Bedford Beer & Cider Festival with 90+ cask ales, cider and foreign beers plus mead, wine, hot food and bar snacks. Live music every evening. Beer & mead tasting sessions

We're pleased to offer tickets to a series of exclusive beer & mead tasting sessions at the festival. Tickets are required for the tasting sessions. There are only 12 tickets available for each session so, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Beer Tasting Sessions:

Hosted by Beer Sommelier® & Certified Cicerone® Jo Whalley, each with a different theme to suit every beer enthusiast.

Beer & Cheese Pairing - Wednesday 1st October, 6:00pm – £20 per person: Six beers (approx.. 1/3 pint of each) paired with their selected cheese counterpart. Our visiting Beer Sommelier® will guide you through the perfect pairings, demonstrating the versatility of beer when it comes to enjoying it with food.

A Journey Through Beer Styles - Thursday 2nd October, 6:00pm – £15 per person Not just for those new to beer, but also for those wishing to explore the variety of styles now available on the market. Our visiting Beer Sommelier® will guide you through six beer styles (approx.. 1/3 pint of each), with a touch on the history and relevance of each style in today’s extensive beer world.

A Journey Through Continental Beers - Friday 3rd October, 6:00pm - £15 per person Boasting some of the oldest beer styles, and most traditional ingredients. Our visiting Beer Sommelier® will guide you through six Continental Beers (approx.. 1/3 pint of each) which demonstrate the classic brewing techniques that German and Belgian brewing has to offer.

Mead Tasting Session:

Hosted by Christopher Mullen, the owner and operator of Perthshire craft mead producer The Rookery.

Mead Tasting – Wednesday 1st October; 7:00pm - £15 per person The Rookery has spent over a decade developing a range of meads which draw from the archaeological and historical record of Europe. Using foraged ingredients you will discover flavours from thousands of years ago. Sample six different meads and learn earn about the origins of brewing, and the connections between the land and people in our past. You will also get a 50mL miniature bottle of mead to take home with you.
