Coach trip visiting Pubs for Ale & Cider Trail 2025

I regret to announce that we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's coach trip to the rural Ale Trail pubs on 5th July. Despite trying very hard to get enough bookings to make this trip financially viable we simply don't have enough people to pay for the cost of the coach and driver this year.

I know this excursion helps get you to the harder to reach Ale Trail pubs - and this is why we do it, but we did not get enough people to make it viable.

I hope you will be able to make alternate arrangements to get to these pubs to get your passport stamped and enjoy a pint. Your money will be refunded shortly.

Departure Time will be 1200; please be there at least 15 minutes before Departure.

The Coach will depart on time.

Please note that there will be a short walk between the two pubs in Ditchling and between the two pubs in Newick

LUNCH is not included but you can order food in advance from our lunch stop pub - The Crown, Newick

Options to be pre-ordered are: Ploughmans (choice of sausage, scotch egg, mixed cheese or ham) for £12.50 or a Thai starter (spring roll, prawn toast, satay chicken) and a choice of chicken green curry with rice or Pad Thai £14.95. Please call 01825 723293 to pre-order.

You can bring your own food and snacks but please do NOT consume these on the coach. The designated Lunch Pub is where we will have permission to bring in your food into the garden.

Please take your litter home.

Refunds will only be made up until 28th June 2025 or in the event of cancellation of the Bus Tour; apart from those circumstances, there will be no refunds for unused tickets.
