Liverpool Beer Festival 2022

With over 200 Real Ales and Ciders, the Liverpool Beer Festival returns to the Crypt of the Metropolitan Cathedral in Feb 2022 and the theme this time is “Cask is Back”. Our focus is very much on the return of cask after the lock-down restrictions have eased.

Tickets will go on general sale through TCKTY from 5:00pm on Friday 5th Nov 2021.

The festival runs over the following five separately ticketed sessions:

  1. Thu 10th Feb (5:00pm until 10:00pm).
  2. Fri 11th Feb (Midday until 4:00pm).
  3. Fri 11th Feb (6:00pm until 10:30pm).
  4. Sat 12th Feb (Midday until 4:00pm).
  5. Sat 12th Feb (6:00pm until 10:00pm).

We have decided to keep our focus on the beer and cider and so there will not be any Entertainment laid on at any of our sessions.

No Ticket refunds will be given for any reason other than our cancellation of the event. If you can't attend and do need to sell your ticket on we suggest you use a reputable secondary sale facilitator such as www.twickets.live although CAMRA are not involved in this process and can not be held accountable in any sales disputes that may arise.

A festival program will be provided free of charge on entry to the festival.

A glass is also provided free for everyone attending the festival and should you so wish it is yours to keep. If you want to take it home, please put it in your pocket or in a bag, openly carrying glasses in Liverpool city center is illegal. No refund is given.

£3 worth of FREE beer vouchers can be claimed by CAMRA members from the cash desk at each session on production of a valid Eventbrite ticket and membership card.

Wheelchair access is available through the usual entrance but we ask you contact us to warn us ahead of the festival so we can ensure the checking in process for you is as quick and smooth as possible.

No under 18s will be admitted. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 then please come with proof of age as you may be asked to produce it at the door.

No refunds will be given in cases where admission is refused due to an inability to produce proof when challenged. Sorry but no children or babies will be admitted.

We are an independent, voluntary organisation which campaigns for real ale as well as protecting and promoting community pubs and clubs and fighting for consumer rights.
We have over 190,000 members across the country who work to champion beer and drinkers as well as pub and club goers. Our campaigns range from protecting pubs threatened with closure, fighting unfair taxation on beer and cider and ensuring fair competition and choice in the pub and beer market.
Our members support well-run pubs as the centres of community life and believe their continued existence plays a critical social role in UK culture. For more information on our campaigns, please visit: camra.org.uk/campaigns
Our festivals are all about introducing you to great beer and are run by our members, who volunteer their time to make our events extra special. They bring together years of experience with a passion for top quality real ale and local knowledge that's hard to beat!
Mission:
• Protect and improve consumer rights
• Promote quality, choice and value for money
• Support the public house as a focus of community life
• Campaign for greater appreciation of traditional beers, ciders and perries as part of our national heritage and culture
