Christine Cryne has agreed to do a Tutored Tasting on Saturday 24th February at 2:00pm at The Fox Felpham.
Christine is a Master Trainer concentrating on training people on beer flavours. She is also an accredited European Beer Consumer Union judge. Beers considered will be a lager, a bitter, a golden ale, a dark beer and a strong beer.
Find out why water impacts on a beer, the differences between pellet, leaf and cryo hops and the influence of different malts and yeast. Also, this session will cover how to distinguish between different beer styles.
