50 real ales + 14 ciders + gin bar + bottled beers. Venue 400 metres from Stafford rail station. Hot food available. Soft drinks and alcohol free beer. Entertainment Friday eve; CARTOON KINGS versatile rock & pop band, Saturday eve; DJ DEKKER northern soul & reggae DJ . Open Thurs 6 - 11pm; Fri aft noon - 7pm; Fri eve 7 - 11pm; Sat noon - 11pm. Admission Thur £1; Fri aft £1; Fri eve £3; Sat £2. £1 entrance discount to card carrying CAMRA members. Glass hire £2, refundable for glasses returned in good condition. This festival operates a drinks token system (to avoid cash transactions at the bars). Tokens purchased at the event and not used can be refunded (or donated to our nominated charities). Under 18's may attend on Saturday afternoon between 12 noon and 6pm if accompanied by an adult. Entry for 2 under 18's per paying adult is free between 12 noon and 6pm on Saturday, additional u'18's will be charged entry of £2. All other times are Over 18 only. All rights of admission reserved. Assistance dogs only within the event venue.

There has been a CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) branch in central Staffordshire since 1971, when it was called Stafford and Stone Branch. The branch was reformed as Heart of Staffordshire in 2007 and is run by a committee of volunteer members. We are a branch of CAMRA which is the largest consumer organisation in Europe and currently has 190,000 members. We exist to raise awareness of real ale and real cider and to promote pubs, clubs and breweries within our branch area which includes postcodes ST14 to ST21 and the part of TF10 that lies within Staffordshire. ST14 is looked after by Uttoxeter Sub-branch. We aim to organise an annual beer and cider festival to help promote our objectives and we encourage membership of CAMRA.
